Can you remove all stains?
While some stains can be particularly stubborn, we always do our utmost to remove them safely - without compromising the delicate fabric of your gown. Although we can't guarantee complete stain removal, we do guarantee that your dress will be cleaned with the highest level of care to achieve the best possible results.
Can you repair damage to my wedding dress?
We don’t carry out repairs in-house, but we’re happy to assess any damage and arrange for the work to be completed by one of our trusted repair partners.
Is my wedding dress insured?
Yes - your dress is automatically insured with us, regardless of its value, for complete peace of mind throughout the cleaning process.
How long does this process take?
Our standard process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the dress and the level of cleaning or repairs required. This allows us the time to care for your gown thoroughly and ensure the highest standard of finish. Please note, during peak periods, turnaround times may be slightly longer - but we’ll always keep you updated.
Can I place an urgent order?
We offer an Express Clean option, with the aim of returning your dress within 10 days of receiving it. The cost of this service is £25. If you require a specific turnaround, please get in touch - we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Will you stay in contact with me?
Once your dress arrives with us, you’ll receive an email confirmation for peace of mind. We will notify you of any repair work or anything we wish to raise with you, otherwise we will contact you when the cleaning process is finished.
Can I see my dress before it is boxed?
Yes, as soon as your dress has been cleaned we will contact you to arrange for you to come and see your dress before it is expertly packed.
If you live a further distance or cannot make it then we will email you some images so you can see how beautiful it looks. The after images are a courtesy service we offer to show you your finished garment.
Can you clean my veil?
Yes, we can! We offer professional veil cleaning and you can easily add this - or similar items like a bolero or petticoat - to any of our cleaning packages at checkout.
What happens when my dress is ready
Once you have seen or confirmed via email that you are happy with the clean, Your cleaned dress will be steamed and packed into a handmade, acid-free box and protected with layers of acid-free tissue. We will then contact you to arrange a date for you to collect and one of our drop off locations.
